Anti-drill Comparative Test	Fixing the samples on the clamping plate. Drilling the lock body of the sample with a hand drill.

Tool:       Hand drill. Appearance before the test:   Test procedure: Fixing the samples on the clamping plate respectively. Drilling the samples violently with the hand drill: Sample 1# is fully made of national standard 304 stainless steel and it’s really tough. The hand drill had been drilling the lock body of sample 1# for more than 5 minutes , but the lock body was still not drilled through. Sample 2# could not handle the force of the hand drill completely and it’s drilled through in less than 5 minutes.     Test result:   Conclusion and evaluation: According to the test results,the anti-drill ability of sample 2# is really weak,which is due to its lock body made of normal steel. Sample 2# could not handle the force of the hand drill completely and it’s drilled through in less than 5 minutes.  Yet , sample 1# is fully made of national standard 304 stainless steel and it’s really tough. The hand drill had been drilling the lock body of sample 1# for more than 5 minutes , but the lock body was still not drilled through. There is only a shallow hole left on the surface of the lock body of sample 1# , which proves the anti-drill ability of sample 1# is outstanding enough to achieve the requirement of our company’s sample-test .
