Test procedure: The test samples' shackles are fixed inside the mouth of the hydraulic shear and the shackles are being squeezed:

Test result: The normal shackle of sample 2# was cut off easily after being squeezed by the hydraulic shear. The anti-cut ability of sample 2# is weak. The shackle of Sample 1# is made of anti-shear alloy steel. It hasn’t broken after being squeezed by the hydraulic shear and there’re just slight indentations on its surface. The shackle of Sample 1# has brilliant anti-cut ability. Conclusion and evaluation: According to the test results,the normal shackle of sample 2# could not handle the 20-ton pressure of the hydraulic shear and it’s cut off easily. The anti-cut ability of sample 2# is rather weak. On the other hand, the anti-shear alloy steel shackle of sample 1# could handle the 20-ton pressure of the hydraulic shear completely.
